Schedule

The training schedule is relatively strict, we expect that students show up on time to every lesson.

  • 05:30 – 06:45 early training

  • 07:00 – 07:30 breakfast

  • 09:00 – 11:45 morning training

  • 11:45 – 14:30 lunch and rest

  • 14:30 – 18:00 afternoon training

  • 18:00 – 19:30 dinner

  • 19:30 – 21:00 evening training

  • Monday-Saturday: training

  • Sunday: day off

Fees & prices

The tuition fees can be paid either weekly, monthly, or yearly. They include everything from training, to meals and dormitory fees.

Tuition fees are to be paid in advance.

  • Weekly fee: 1800 RMB

  • Monthly fee: 6000 RMB

  • Yearly fee: 60’000 RMB

  • Optional airport pickup: 400 RMB

Early morning training

Dawn is the perfect time of the day for a run up into the hills behind our school. The clean, fresh air, and the quiet surroundings also make it ideal for internal practices like Zhuang Gong, Qi Gong, and other softer exercises.

05:30-06:45

Varies depending on the season and may be cancelled if the weather is too bad.

Focus on Gongfa

Running and basic drills such as stances, Qigong, and slow forms.

Morning training

The long morning training lends itself very well to our daily dose of fundamental drills like kicks, steps, and solo forms.

09:00-11:45

Sufficient rest- time is given after breakfast and before lunch

Maintain Momentum

Basic drills, kicks, solo & group training

Afternoon training

The afternoon training is often dedicated to weapon training, partner work, sparring, etc.

14:30-18:00

Times vary depending on the season

Weapons and partner work

Evening training

Evening and optionally the late night training are often dedicated to solo training once again, save for the visits of master Hu (the evening is the part of the day in which he has the most time for teaching, generally)

19:30-21:00

Free training may go on until 23:00 for adult students.
